از نظر رضا اکبری ، گام‌های جدی درخصوص راه‌اندازی بانک بیمه رانندگان برداشته شده است. حضرتش می‌گوید: اساساً یکی از مشکلات معیشتی رانندگان مساله بیمه است، در حالیکه در کشورهای عضو اتحادیه اروپا این توافق‌نامه برای همه رانندگان پرنده، رانندگان حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای، رانندگان باری و حمل‌ونقل اجرایی کلیه شهروندان مسلماً قابلImplement.Register &tablebe مجموعی ساخت شده‌است.
