به گزارش بازار، حسن قره‌ای، معاون مدیریت ایران‌خودرو در خصوص حوزه استراتژی و توسعه محصول در نشست هم‌اندیشی پرده از برنامه‌های جدید خدمات پس از فروش ایران‌خودرو بر روزنامه بازار باز کرد و گفت: سهم خدمات و افترمارکت در سودآوری صنعت خودروسازی تا سال ۲۰۳۰ به ۶۷ درصد خواهد رسید، در حالی که سهم تولید خودرو در سودآوری به ۴۵ درصد کاهش خواهد یافت.

قره‌ای گفت: تغییرات ساختاری در ایران‌خودرو برای بهبود کیفیت و خدمات پس از فروش صورت گرفته است و شرکت در حال مرمت سازمانی است. معاونت کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت از زیرمجموعه قائم‌مقامی به زیرمجموعه مدیرعامل منتقل شده است. همچنین، بازرسی‌های قبل از تحویل خودرو از معاونت فروش به معاونت کیفیت منتقل شده است تا کیفیت خودروهای تحویل داده شده به مشتریان افزایش یابد.

وی افزود: در حال حاضر، کیفیت قطعات دقت بیشتری دریافت می‌کند و این موضوع موجب افزایش استانداردهای تولید خواهد شد.

وی افزود: ایران‌خودرو قصد دارد پلتفرم‌های جدیدی را در آینده نزدیک معرفی کند. پلتفرم سوم شرکت پس از این اتفاق، پلتفرم قدیمی را به جای خود خواهد گذاشت. ایران‌خودرو در حال همکاری با یک شریک استراتژیک خارجی است و انتظار می‌رود محصولات مشترک در سال آینده بر بازار عرضه شوند.
